Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, is seeking an energetic and mission-driven Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join our collegial practice in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a physician owned, multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive salary guarantee of $320,803 annually with generous bonus and incentive potential.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and malpractice coverage.
  • Signing incentives up to $125,000.00
  • Relocation assistance up to $20,000.00
  • Partnership track, shareholder incentives including Tail Coverage
  • Loan forgiveness lump sum
  • Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA certification
  • Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
